Echoing with the “Food and Agriculture Lab” in the “Circulation” portion of the exhibition, let’s talk about “eating” on this podcast. Can we think about eating beyond just putting food in our mouths? How can we make eating more interesting and for it to uphold the cycling, circulating spirit? Invited on this podcast are Prof. Huang Shu-Wei, and Sophie Chiang who co-curated the exhibition’s “Circulation” section. They will talk about how they use the act of eating to open up innovative, circulating, and organic connections between food, people, the environment, and communities.
